UCF Knights mens basketball beat Tulsa 68 to 49 last night. Taylor Hendricks led with 25 points and 8 rebounds. Saturday Gators mens basketball lost to Vanderbilt 88 to 72.

Kyle Busch is the winner of the NASCAR Pala Casino 400.

Tonight the Magic take on the Pelicans. Heat face the 76ers.

Orlando won their season home opener against the NY Red Bulls 1 to 0 with Facundo Torres kicking in the winner.

Rays fell to the Red Sox 7 to 6 in Spring Training.

In the PGA Honda Classic, Chris Kirk won a 1-hole playoff thriller over Eric Cole. Lilia Vu won the Honda LPGA Thailand.

Lake Nona High baseball blanked Victory Charter last night 14 to 0. Fabian Gavalo had a home run and 2 runs scored as well as 3 RBIs. Carlos celta had 2 doubles, 2 runs, and an RBI. Luis Turmero added 2 hits. Lady Lions softball lost to Horizon 4 to 3. Maria Trujillo went 3 for 3 with a double and a run scored.

Boys lacrosse lost 8 to 5 against Windermere.

Girls lacrosse host Boone at 5:30. Varsity baseball take on the Cypress Creek Bears at 7 PM at home.

Wendell Carter Jr. had a tip layup at the buzzer to give the Magic a 108 to 106 win over the Pistons. Tonight the Heat take on the Bucks on ESPN at 7:30. Magic host the Pacers tomorrow.

Major League Soccer is back in action with Orlando hosting the New York Red Bulls tomorrow at 7:30. Both teams lost in the Eastern Conference Knockout round last season.

Sabres over the Lightning 6 to 5.

Last night, Lake Nona High School baseball blanked Boone 10 to 0. They host Victory Christian Academy tonight at 7 PM. Softball also blanked Dr. Phillips 8 to 0. Kennedy McQuillan was 2 for 3 with 5 RBIs. Maria Tujillo pitched a shutout and struck out 7 batters. She was 2 for 3 at the plate. Tonight they host Horizon at 7.

Lacrosse is hosting Windermere at 7:30 tonight.

Girls water polo beat Dr. Phillips 13 to 4. Zasha Soler had 17 blocks and Emily Scheerer scored 10 goals. Girls lacrosse fell to Edgewater 11 to 8.

Magic are back in action tonight at 7 PM against the Pistons.

The Lightning host the Sabres tonight in Tampa at 7 PM.

The PGA returns to Florida for The Honda Classic starting today in Palm Beach Gardens. LPGA tees off in the Honda LPGA Thailand.

Last night, Lake Nona High boys basketball lost in the regional semifinals 68 to 41 against Olympia. Boys lacrosse beat Boone 8 to 6. Girls lacrosse travels to Timber Creek tonight at 6 PM.

Wednesday, boys water polo beat East River 22 to 8. Hans Steinhaurer scored 9 for the Lions. Yassin Zeineldin had 8 assists.

Last night, Joey Logano and Aric Almirola were winners of the Daytona qualifying Duels. Alex Bowman is on the pole for Sunday’s sold out Daytona 500. Racing gets underway on Fox at 2:30 PM.

Tomorrow the Lightning continue their road trip in the west against the Golden Knights.

Max Homa and Keith Mitchell are tied 7 under par after day one of the PGA Genesis Invitational.

Tomorrow afternoon Gators mens basketball take on Arkansas. UCF hosts Cincinnati on Sunday at Noon.
